I'm in the same boat, spoke to Microsoft reps on the phone, sent emails, & also form complaints on the Forza website with absolutely no help! Tried dealing with this for over TWO MONTHS now!

 

Again I am pleading with you to help me obtaining my code for the F&R Dom's Cars download for Forza 6.

I did purchase the F&F7 movie via Xbox One store on 9-19-15. I have spoken to countless MS reps with plenty of job numbers with no resolution!

The last agent instructed me to contact you to see if you can provide any assistance.

I don't understand why he could not contact you in house to resolve the issue!
