I purchased the complete Fast and Furious Collection on Sept. 10th, 2015. I did not receive a code either. I'd like to complete my F&F car collection, thank you.

Good luck everybody! Double check your messages, mine was mixed in with some messages about Xbox Live Gold subscribers getting free games with gold and stuff.

 

I STILL have not received my code and continue to see other people driving the car in lobbies...this service sux...

 

I ALSO STILL have not received my code. Purchased 15th September 2015. I'm not at all impressed. I've contacted support twice and they initially didn't even know of the promotion until I proved it by sending a screenshot. Then all they want you to do is
uninstall and reinstall my profile and the game which achieves nothing execpt wasting my time etc. HELP!!!

 

Yeah,I agree. Still nothing. At what stage can we start seeking refunds? Clearly no one got what was promised

 

Also have not received Dom's Charger. An update soon would be appreciated.

 

I stand corrected. A few hours after posting this message I found that the Charger had been sent to me on Oct 13.

I found it by going to the Friends section on my XBox and there it was as an unread message. From there it was an easy download into the game and then you purchase the car for free. Hope this post helps.

 

Still nothing, starting to think MS isn't really bothered.

 

Check my messages again and have 0. STILL WAITING FOR WHAT WAS PROMISED IF I BUY A PRODUCT...extremely disappointed and have made it a point to tell everyone I know that is a gamer to not bother purchasing from XBL and to just buy from a real store. A lot
of parents and a lot of younger folks. Get your crap together XBL! I'm tired of waiting.
