    All but 2 of my downloaded jigsaw puzzles have disappeared!

    When I logged into Microsoft Jigsaw to worked one of my downloaded & paid for puzzles, I noticed that none of the puzzles where there except for 2. I have downloaded a large number of puzzles and paid with points and now they are gone. Several days ago
    I was not able to play either Microsoft Solitaire or Jigsaw and had to go through a troubleshooting process to make it work again. The App troubleshooter said that the Store cache was corrupted and needed to be repaired. After doing that I was able to access
    both games again. But now where are my downloaded jigsaw puzzles? This is frustrating to say the least.

    Where is my Jigsaw?

    To whom it may concern,

    Yesterday I downloaded a Jigsaw named "Tour durch Europa" and payed for it with my Gold Points. Today, for my big surprise the Jigsaw is not there!

    I really want it BACK!

    Jigsaw puzzles wont download

    I am new to Microsoft jigsaw and used pointes earned to download more jigsaws. BUT where are they ... any help would be great - otherwise I will just go back to jigzone.com .... where I don't have this issue.

    this is where my issue started . i purchased the Iceland collection and when wanted to download my jigsaw crashes to desktop.

    now i can download any of my collectables and i cant play daily quests

    Hi there,

    Once you launch the Microsoft Jigsaw game, got to Classic Jigsaw and you will see your collections, ones that can be downloaded, or where you can create your own from photos.

    I found this by accident.

    Close MS Jigsaw

    Go to settings

    Click on privacy

    Click on background apps

    TURN ON Microsoft Jigsaw

    Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

    Now I can downloading.

    Tried this. Didn't work. Any other suggestions for the same problem? Microsoft Jigsaw was already turned on in my apps. I turned it off, then back on & still didn't help.
