    where is my contoller


    I spent $90 on a controller from the controller lab and when i got it, it didn't work so i had to send it in for repair over a month ago and now it has vanished. on my profile it's now giving me the option to "star order" with the waranty and according to them they do not have my controller. microsoft is so **** useless. all my attempts at getting support have proven to be in vain.
