    Apologies for the inconvenience. We have escalated this issue to our Vault team to investigate. Please keep in mind that since this prize can only be activated once per account, you will be unable to redeem both these codes to your account. However, once
    our Vault team is able to resolve this issue and provide you your codes, you can send one to a friend that has not yet redeemed this bundle for their account.

    Does anything get resolved here or not? I redeemed the gems a week ago now and it has been 2 days since you escalated this issue and still nothing. Great customers service.
