    They should email it to you within 24 hours. If not, check your order history on the redemption page of the rewards site and it will either give the option to resend the code or the code will be listed there. If not, you'll need to contact Microsoft Rewards support via the contact link at the bottom of the Rewards site.

    Hi i have problem because on my account where I have xbox live gold and xbox live without gold there seems to be a problem with signing in to xbox and I don't have Internet on those accounts whereas on my sisters account where she doesn't have xbox live
    there is no problem and Internet works fine. The error code is 8015820A

    I have the same problem today.

    My gold membership was cancealed without reason and the prepaid codes they send me to recover my gold doesn´t work because they told that I have two billing address and the xbox live doesn´t know where to put my the gold...
