Where is my code for Quantum Break for windows 10?

I am not happy with Microsoft because I never received fee windows 10 version of Quantum Break as promised when I prerecorded Xbox one version. I only intend to play PC version because I have high end computer which I can get good graphics. Please send me
the redeem code ASAP or refund my money.

Went into my messages to get my Windows 10 copy of Quantum Break code & the message is gone, still have message for Alan wake American nightmare code, but my windows 10 Quantum Break code has gone.

If possible can my Windows 10 Quantum Break code be resent?

The codes started going out this week. If you have not received it 7-10 days from the 5th, you'll need to post back.

 

They never informed me of 7 to 10 days. If I have known that I will just buy the Windows 10 version instead so I don't have to wait.

 

Sorry, but the turnaround time for codes was in the description of the game when it was available for preorder.
