    Where is my $30 store gift code?


    Hopefully an easy question... I ordered a new xbox one directly from the Microsoft Store. With it came a $30 store gift code. It's not in my email. Where would it be?

    Xbox store > Resident Evil 7 (for example) >where there is "buy" "buy as a gift" you will find "game hub" (sometimes hidden under "...." ) > "show in my feed"

    Hi thanks for your answer, that actually how I do it when I don't want to use all my Microsoft Reward Points, I buy 10-30 dollars /euros of gift card, but I need to go to a store for that, and there not a lot of store where I live, where I can found gift card at 10-30 €/$ :/ so that why I asked if there is not a another solution at that problem :)

    What kind of redeem code? Is it for a game? Where did you acquire it? Is it a gift card for store currency?

    OK thank you. I've added a lot of £5 gift codes, and I've read you can only use so many individual codes on one transaction.
    Where have the gift codes come from? If they are Microsoft Rewards redemptions, then be aware those have a 90 day expiry date.

    If you've already added codes to your Microsoft account balance, then it is just classed as one thing....much like Amazon, even though you may add 20 or 30 gift card codes to your balance, it is still, as far as the system is concernced, a single balance...it would only register a difference if there were expiry dates on some of them

    They where bought from a store, so no expiry date 👍

    Contact the seller to receive a working code in your area

    Sorry as far as I know there is not you can try to go to the store to return the code where it was purchased. But Xbox codes are Country specific so you'll need to buy one from the country you live in for your account. Or have it gifted over the Xbox store
    using the gift option.
