    Where is Microsoft's help?


    I don't understand why you even have a help and support forum. I don't see any help or support from Microsoft. Just a lot of complaints from people like me who are having problems with Microsoft jigsaw puzzles. It would be nice to see Microsoft fix this

    What is Microsoft's problem?

    I believe the servers are down, you will need to wait for Microsoft to fix this issue.

    Time enough to go all Sega, yet they have months yet to keep up the BS refusal to communicate. Good will after E3 will be hard to find. I hope they do not screw it up that bad in all honesty, but who knows, with who ever is running this cluster duck.

    They've obviously tried to address some of the issues, but people are so "up-in-arms" about it, no one uses rational thought about the damn thing. I think everyone needs to pop a Xanax and let the thing play out. The vitriol you read on this very forum
    really sheds a negative light on some people. I'm sure you're not all as bat-sh** crazy as you come off being on an internet forum.
