    Where is Microsoft Solitaire Collection?


    Tried to install Microsoft Solitaire Collection and Microsoft Mahjong this morning and can't find either of them in the Microsoft Store. I have the Premium Edition for both games. I'm running Windows 8.1 and have had to uninstall and reinstall both games
    daily to get them to load properly. This has been going on since I upgraded from Win 8 to 8.1. It's been a super nuisance and couldn't find a fix for the problem. This morning though after uninstalling both of them, they're not even listed in the Store
    to Install. Does anyone know what's going on?

    I thank anyone who has knowledge concerning this issue and will be able to offer feedback.

    My Microsoft Solitaire Collection has stopped working

    I am not using Microsoft Solitaire Premium.

    In Microsoft Solitaire Collection there is.

    "Settings" Apps & Features" choose Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Advanced Settings then Reset.

    Where is Microsoft Solitaire Collection?

    After trying many times searching the Store for these two games, they suddenly mysteriously appeared. I was able to install both again. It's just an aggravating setup when one has to uninstall & reinstall each game daily to play it. When it first started
    happening after my Windows 8.1 upgrade, I searched the Xbox forums for a solution to the problem but wasn't able to find one. Many other players experienced the same issue. I even tried the app troubleshooter but that didn't help the problem. If I remember
    correctly, one of the Xbox reps said it wasn't a Xbox issue causing it, and that it was a Microsoft problem. Well, as you see I didn't succeed in getting any help from Microsoft about it. Why offer games if they aren't willing to help and figure out how
    to resolve the problem for an account subscriber.

    Just pleased the 2 games miraculously appeared again and was able to play them. They help me wake up in the mornings along with my tea.

    Well, sadly I had to turn off my computer this afternoon and after turning it back on, of course, the 2 games wouldn't run. So, I uninstalled them but when I went to Microsoft Store to install them again the Solitaire Collection and Mahjong are no where
    to be found. What in heaven's name is going on? This truly is beyond belief!

    Anyone have an answer? Thank you.
