Where is everyone online???

I remember there used to be a steady 500k on halo 3 and
700k mw2 e.t.c now populations on xbox 360 and one for bf4 and cod ghost and halo are all bellow 30k always!!.. where is everyone? is there a overpopulated game i don't know about..? cuz supposedly there's more people online now

but but im excited now.................ill be in bed by half one at the latest , up at half six , what could possibly go wrong? apart from falling to sleep driving to work tomorrow

Xbox Live is having issues. That could have something to do with it.

 

We have something called "a life".

 

Enough to play with....At least more than 12 players.

MAYBE, When Halo 5 drops we will see a MIL

 

I really hope so.. i miss the fun of playing online and having those just fun custom games..

 

I loved on Halo 3 (I think it was H3) where it had the map of the world with all the little lights to represent the community and who's online where.

I got a huge kick out of that, no idea why.

 

Back when Halo 3 first came out, the 360 was the most popular console to play online. Now it's different, we have the 360 & PS3 that both have huge online communities, plus We also have X1 and PS4 which both have growing online communities. Players are so
split up between platforms now, I'd doubt we'll see huge numbers playing a single game on a single platform anymore tbh.

 

The Xbox 360 had been out for 4 years when Modern Warfare 2 came out. More people with the console = more people playing.

For me though, it makes no difference if there's 3,000 or 3 million people online playing a game. As long as there's enough people so I can get a game and I'm not playing the same people over and over, then I don't see why it makes any difference.

 

Well, if you were checking your numbers while the Destiny beta was happening, over 4 million people were apparently stress-testing that...
