Where is "Enforcement"...Disrupted and harassed nightly..reported with captures and nothing ...

I am at my wits end. I have played Battlefield Hardline since a couple of months after release and am ranked in the top echelons in the world for TDM. As such, I draw some friendly overtures and more asinine behavior from the less mature players. Over
the last month or two I have been harassed by two players from another clan; meaning they have purposely and willfully focused their attentions on disrupting my game play by switching to my team and destroying my gear on map, blocking my view and shots with
their shields, trapping me in rooms and incessantly shooting me. I have reported this behavior no less than a dozen times, recorded captures showing the disruptive behavior and called 2 different elements of customer service. And nothing happens. They are
still there nearly every night to repeat what is a clear violation of the terms. I have not even received any confirmation from "Enforcement" that they have looked at the dozen plus captures of separate and distinct instances that I have posted to XBox Live.

I'm a 50 year old retiree, veteran and raised my 3 boys to manhood from tottlers as a single dad while working between 70-120 hour weeks for over 25 years. This game used to be my getaway, my relaxation. Now, these punks have turned what is just a game
into source of frustration, high blood pressure and sense of hopelessness in the face of an absence of justice. It is just a game, but I pay to play it and I don't have the option of grabbing the punks and teaching them the manners they would learn in the
real world for acting like that. I am dependent upon "Enforcement" to enforce it's rules just as diligently as it did when it suspended my chat for telling an admin that glitching through a solid ceiling to access an otherwise inaccessible roof is in fact
cheating. Surely completely disrupting another's game on a nightly basis is also worthy of some enforcement, right?

Maybe XBox Live would prefer a civil remedy if I have a heart attack or stroke related to this harassment that has been regularly reported and ignored? Honestly, I am perplexed why I am having to beg for XBox Live to stop this disruptive behavior. Considering
it just happened before I called Support tonight, those guys haven't shown any evidence that the matter has even resulted in a warning.

The Complaint is then pushed into a new Que to be Verified by another XBL PET and/ or more if necessary.

In short, one Team Member is not solely responsible for any one Action taken.

I guess it could depend on which member of the team reviews it, but I recall someone getting a code of conduct over that exact word when the context was "...and pillage". Along the lines of "I've come to stomp on you in games". This was in the banned account
section, and the response they got was something along the lines of "we know there's more than one meaning, but it's most commonly used now as..."

 

You wont receive any confirmation from the enforcement team that they've looked at your captures because they do not use them as evidence.

The enforcement team gather their own evidence.

Also,phone/chat support are nothing at all to do with the enforcement team so wont be able to tell you anything.

The only way to report someone is via your console.

You may get a thank message if someone receives enforcement action due to a report you've filed but you will not be given the specifics.

The majority of the time you will not be told anything once you've reported someone.

You can also block these people to lessen the chance of being matched in game with them.

 

Report, mute, block, and move on. Quit and join a different lobby if you have to.

The best way to stop any online troll, in the most general sense, is to stop giving these individuals any attention. They derive their amusement and perpetuate their actions by any sort of reaction you give them (vocal frustrations, messages threatening
to report, etc). If you make them bored of pestering you, they'll go away.

 

Thanks. I blocked them months ago and know they haven't had consequences because they are still on and doing it every night. Unfortunately, there are few populated servers these days; sometimes only 1 or 2.

It has taken some getting used to because in the world when i grew up, you stood up to bullies to make them move on. Can't exactly punch a bully in the nose over the internet, so the bullies online are a whole new breed of cowards trying to make up for
their inadequacies in real life. I have been trying to ignore them over the last month to no avail. I am still better than them and they do this as their "game" just as they used to run around killing with defibrillators when they were getting crushed as
though no one would figure out that they were fabricating an excuse for their poor performance. I blocked them months ago. To be clear, they do the same nonsense to others in my clan and they too have reported them. If XBox Live doesn't provide feedback
to targets of harassment and disruptive behavior and won't act to stop clear violations of the rules, then why should one have to rely upon an Enforcement team to solve the problem. One day XBox will be responding to reporters about how they ignored repeated
pleas for assistance from some frustrated victim of punk **** kid bullies and XBox bears responsibility for what was done to the bullies. They've been reported, muted, blocked and I have left the servers when there are others to go to. That I have had to
change servers is testimony that Enforcement has failed miserably and either their policies suck or they suck at their jobs. Just sayin'.
