This is just a big run around. Is there a phone number where I can talk to an actual person.

You can also try and use the Microsoft Chat Support option at
http://support.xbox.com/contact-us since they are also official Support.

Its sold as a security issue, its more about tracking and knowing where you are and future point of sales.

Is there not a customer service representative or whatever phone number that you can call and talk to an actual person to help try to figure this out
