    I received a comms suspension on dec 2nd at 6:30pm pst I went to the enforcement page and was able to fill out a survey and the suspension was reduced and taken away. 2 hours later I was suspended 7x for the same situation that the suspension was already
    reduced for with no option to dispute or reduce. I contacted support which has been giving me the run around for the past 3 days now with them saying it looks like a glitch but cant give a answer. They dont know the ToS and cant give a reason why I was suspended
    8x for the same situation 7x after which the 1st one was reduced. I have been on XBL 10+ years and never seen this. Anyone have the answer? More information available upon request.

    its not against the tos really on pc, besides you can get the majority of xbox games on steam where you have access to all the files.
    Not against tos for what game or both?

    The TOS from a company like MS or Steam is going to be perfectly legal and binding. Their lawyers certainly are not ignorant by any means. If you break their TOS then they have every right to ban you from their service.

    If you want to mod, go for it. Just stay offline where you're not agreeing to any TOS and you can do what you want with your property.

    No appeal button, XBOX ban.. how does this make sense?

    i have never been aware in all my years that lfg can not be used to trade items for in game. where is this in the TOS?
