    I had many puzzles I had bought in a second purchase and they have disappeared. Does anyone know how I might find out what happened and how to get them back.

    This has happened to me as well i purchased the history puzzles (new) the landscapes and the landscape paintings (also new) my coins are gone it was loading and the screen flipped to homepage i cant even find where they might be ""downlloading"" in the store..
    VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS SITUATION. i want the puzzle pacs or my coins redeemed asap

    I can't believe it!!! The cave where you move the pillars around, entrance handle is in the lake. Just gone back to check it and the block had not been claimed. My wife did that puzzle for me, DOH!
