Where has the "Special Addons for Game Pass Ultimate users" menu option gone on the front...

I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

If you're on the PC app, select the "Game Pass" section on the left, then select "More Benefits." There you'll find all the rewards you mentioned.

Alternatively, you can download the Xbox app for smartphones, sign in, and select the "Game Pass" icon in the bottom right corner. The section where you can claim these perks will appear.

Did you want to buy the full game, or just the deluxe edition upgrades/addons? They have a special package that upgrades the game pass edition to the ultimate edition.

Sometimes Epic games has special weeks or weekends where there are tickers only or something like that. Special options which unfortunately cant be changed by the user, but should go away over time.

I've gone into the managed addons for Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls Ultimate Evil edition, pressed on the game picture on the right to manage game and addons, the next screen should list all addons available including any installed or not installed (if there are any) and there is nothing, only the game install listed.

I've also looked at the game on the Microsoft store to see if there is any addons listed there, again no addons.

I've also gone into the Xbox 360 version online out of desperation to try and get this game content and it lists only the Diablo 3 content available on the Xbox 360 which there is 2 of them listed but they were released way back in the past nearly a decade ago..

I am having the same issue. There is no option to download the demon multiplayer pack. The only available options are rate & pin to home. Even if I go to DOOM & the manage game option, usually where it says available or ready to install, when you already
have purchased a season pass or an addon for a game, the demon multiplayer pack is not there. Also, I noticed that when I go to the DOOM pre order store page the manage option is gone since midnight.
