Where has my virtual keyboard gone??

I have an Xbox One S it started after I tried to download WWE2K22 but it kept stopping even though I had more than enough space to download it then my Xbox One S told me I need to do some type of reset so I followed the instructions that the console provided after the reset everything had to be reinstalled but my all my progress was saved the only thing is now my virtual keyboard will not appear I can't input any text

I have tried this method but nothing has changed I go directly to my network settings choose my network the next screen loads up asking for the network password but there is no virtual keyboard cursor flashes a few times then freezes controller is completely unresponsive the only button that seems to work is the center button prompting the onscreen window but I can't navigate it because no other buttons are responding wait it out(last about 3 to 5 minutes) til I can navigate the screen again but there is still no virtual keyboard to be found just more of the same should I consider a complete reset losing everything even my saved progress to rectify this issue

May I know if you tried power cycling your console?

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

Or did you tried that before resetting everything? (Factory reset)

Can be a bit odd, but in case you have any USB accessories connected to the console. Please try disconnecting everything and test if the keyboard appears

Please answer the following questions to assist you properly :

What Xbox Console do you have?
When this issue started to happen?
Are you using any insider build (beta OS)?
Is this happening on every game / app as soon as you try to use the virtual keyboard?
And, besides the troubleshooting steps described in the post. What else did you tried?
In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

The problem is that the onscreen keyboard or virtual keyboard will not appear whenever I try to search, enter passwords, or text the virtual keyboard never appears the cursor flashes a few times then stops the controller is completely unresponsive the only responsive button on the controller is the home button in the center of the controller which pulls up an onscreen menu that I still can't navigate because no other buttons on the controller are responsive but like I previously said this is only temporary but as soon as I need to pull up the virtual keyboard it happens all over again my virtual keyboard will not appear onscreen
