    Where has my v bucks gone?


    Redeemed V-bucks, said it was sent to my email address but I haven't had it. Where else can I check? The code now says its already been redeemed and I've had a confirmation email saying its been redeemed. The email hasn't gone into my spam I've checked there. I can't get through via call as it's not excepting the number I'm pressing to speak with a human. I'm getting very frustrated with this as its now been ongoing for a week! Tia

    If you purchased the V-bucks from the Microsoft/Xbox store, then they can only be redeemed through an Xbox. Have you logged in to an Xbox to check or are you using a PC? I think that if you only use PC, then you should be buying the V-bucks from the Epic store.
