    Are you trying to link your accounts?
    Yes i try to link my account but didnt work. I got windows "activate account" every time!

    That why i contact support epicgame.

    we try to solve my problem. But they need my ID user. it's not gamer tag or ID Xbox on.

    They are asking for the account name you sign in with; not the gamertag.
    No, i already give my nickname/gamerta/email.

    To find your device ID go to Settings > System > Console info. Your Console ID is second in the list shown and Xbox Live device ID is fourth.

    It's ID console, Not ID Account. I thought was that too.
