I am a frustrated adult gamer that feels hitting people with year long suspensions from multiplayer for using explicit language is unethical and appalling. You seriously don’t take into account that a lot of this stems from M rated games yet mostly have children playing that aren’t of age to play said game. You want to punish adult gamers for actually playing games and expect them not to yell out an occasional curse word? I’ll admit I get angry when I’m losing a game online. But you have to remember. I grew up in those same lobbies as a kid hearing people say things they wouldn’t normally use in public. You’re gonna not only alienate people who do use explicit language but ban them from doing something they put their hard earned money into doing?

I think you are misunderstanding how ratings work

Rating is about ingame content not online services

Communication is.not rated and MUST BE rated E for everyone

A game rating doesn't give you the right to harass anyone

Hate to burst your bubble but online services take. harassment and over the top trash talking seriously

It's called moderation and yes suspension happen on all services xbox and steam are one of the few that have.an appeal proccess

You can YouTube thousands of videos about kids who get console banned on all 3 consoles

One such offender who claimed gaming was his only outlet and trashtalk was his therapy for his diaability

Let just say the judge threw the book at him litterally and.forced him to pay Sony's and Nintendo and ms legal.fees

He was also banned on steam for the same reason

The subject was on "Ignorance" "Racism" and "Bigotry" where the hell did you pull out "intolerance" from. I gave an an example of Prejudice because it is where these two terms have a common ground.

But anyhow, what the crap are you trying to get at? All you did was reassure my statement that Racism and Bigotry have different meaning.

Prejudice =/= Intolerance, Prejudice = Racism, Bigotry.

The Night Curse is right, you should never share your financial information online.

Now, what I see is your credit was issued on 4th July, 2013 and your statement date is 15th July,2013, so there is basically 11 days of difference.

Confirm your statement date and make sure your statement cycle ended after you received credit.

If it does, as The Night Curse said, contact your Credit Card company and make sure you received that credit, and if you haven't, contact to the number given by The Night Curse.
