    Where does the refund go?


    So i recently got my refund for cyberpunk 2077 (finally) but I payed with a credit card, and if i remember correctly i made a refund last year in 2019 for a 10 dollar game, I also payed with a credit card for that game, it went to my microsoft account
    as digital currency, will it be the same for this game? Because before my cousin bought this game without me or my parents permission I was planning on buying something, and i was hoping to get that money back into my microsoft account and buy said game. So
    will it go into my microsoft account as digital currency is my question.

    My refund was to a credit card that was closed a long time ago, and I never asked for a refund. Why was my preorder on active card and refund not?

    I'm ready to bring the series s in and cancel gamepass for good. This is unacceptable garbage. When it's a payment you get it right, when it's a refund, where does it go?
