    Gentlemen, I can't believe Microsoft Corp. would write a warranty then not back it. I have a service order number, and product serial number. I received this in an email from xbox support, on Jan 15, 2019. When I clicked onto the link for order information,
    my console serial number showed up and when I clicked on the link for a shipping label, all that showed up on that screen was this [ ]. No address not even a name. This is rather disappointing to a person that has bought 4 xbox consoles.

    Go to the 'Get Shipping Label' page.

    Select 'Print Label', then download & save the 'PDF' file on a thumb drive and have the shipper print it out.

    The big issue is Microsoft will replace the controller ONLY after you send the defective one back. What are we supposed to do with no controller while they get and send one back out???
