    Where do you get the details for an enforcment? I opened a review case...No details given.


    We received a suspension for cheating? I opened a case review because that was the only way to talk to the enforcement team. They upheld the suspension but have still given me no details as to why my child's account was suspended. They only respond with
    general generic pre-written statements. No proof that can be used to modify behavior. I need someone to contact me about the suspension or to give me the actual details that lead to the suspension. What game, what party, what console, when did the actual
    infraction occur. These are all needed to prevent it from happening in the future to find out what is actually occurring. How do you chat or speak with the team once the case has been reviewed.

    Enforcement details

    I received an email indicating enforcement on my Xbox. There is no information on the length of the suspension. Where can I get this information? Also it's a family account and I am unable to find where I can submit a case review to get details on the complaint.

    Any information about your suspension would be listed on the enforcement site. The enforcement team does not give specifics and there is no other way to contact them except for submitting a case review.

    Smwutches is correct, the only way to contact the Enforcement Team is via a Case Review, and to submit a Case Review is open only with an eligible enforcement action. Details of the case review can be found here: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/howTo#sub-topic0-6

    I apologize, Zeke but this will depend on the enforcement restrictions given to your account. Also for enforcement action, there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the enforcement team. There is no direct contact with them, only by reporting and filing a case review.

    To help you, I would recommend signing in to https://enforcement.xbox.com to get more details along with checking if you're eligible to file a case review.

    I’ve been suspended, for telling a person to get off xbox live after he continued to team kill and bragged about a glitch where he knows where everyone is, BEWARE OF GAMERTAG - [mod removed]

    If the ban is more than 24 hours you normally could do an case review by heading to enforcement.xbox.com. Write as detailed as possible to the Enforcement Team and let them do a review of the case. That's all you could do.
