    where did you purchase the code? What website are you trying to use to enter it?
    thank you to for the help.

    So i purchase the code from a seller of g2a.com. I use the redeem.microsoft.com and i put the right login and of course the right code by copy and paste.

    sometimes it say: You may need to redeem it on a different web page or device, or you may not be eligible to redeem the code.

    how do i get eligible to redeem the code.

    do i have to speak directly with microsoft support to get the acces to reclaim the code?

    Second if you read this page it says that playstation does not have a case review process like microsoft does https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/get-help/help-library/my-account/grief-reporting/banned-and-suspended-consoles-and-accounts/

    So I do not know where you seen that playstation allows you to fight the suspension.
