Thats not true. you just have to take control of the file, after you do this you can do anything you need with said files. all you gotta do is:

In Windows Explorer, navigate and locate the file or folder which you want to take ownership and has full read write control access permission on.

1. Right click on the file or folder (directory), and click Properties.
   
2. On the File/Folder Properties dialog box, go to Security tab
   
3. Click on Advanced button.
   
4. In “Advanced Security Settings” dialog window, click on Owner tab, which will indicates the current owner as TrustedInstaller or some other user account.
   
5. Click on the Edit button.
   
   Note: Press Continue or enter user name and password of administrator account if User Account Control prompts for permission to continue.
   
6. Another “Advanced Security Settings” dialog will appear. Select to highlight the user account or group (for example, Administrators) in the Change owner to box that you want to assign as the owner for the object.
   
   If the user or group that you want to select does not appear automatically, click on “Other users or groups” button to locate it.
   
7. Click OK to make the change.
   
   If you’re prompted with notice that you have just taken ownership of this object, and need to close and reopen this object’s properties before you can view and change permissions dialog box, click OK.
   
8. Click OK to exit from all Properties dialog boxes.
   
9. Repeat step 1 to step 3 to open the object’s Properties dialog box again.

13. Click OK when done to close off all object’s Properties dialog boxes.

Games and files instead from the Microsoft store / Xbox app are installed to the this path by default: C:/Program Files/WindowsApps (Hidden items). To check hidden items, open This PC, click View and select Hidden items.

i cant find the windowsapps folder is that normal?

yes its normal, you have to enable the ability to view hidden system file folders . this can be dangerous if you dont know what you are doing you could lock up your computer if you go around clicking and delete the wrong thing. with that said, the following is how you enable viewing of the hidden folders

1. Open File Explorer from the taskbar.
   
2. Select View > Options > Change folder and search options.
   
3. Select the View tab and, in Advanced settings, select Show hidden files, folders, and drives and OK.
   

this only enables the viewing of the files. if you wish to take control in order to read, write, edit, etc then you must do just that (take control of the files)
