  1. Where do I send my complaint?


    I usually love Microsoft/Xbox. I've had an Xbox/360/One/OneX.

    Recently I've had three things happen to me that really bother me. I want to have an email exchange but cannot even find a way for that.

    1)How many rewards points? I bought my Xbox One X bundle but do not know how many rewards points that purchase netted me. How do I find this out? Twice I have contacted support and they have told me to wait and look to see. But where? Where
    does it tell me specifically "you earned x points for purchasing this Xbox bundle"?

    2)Controller broken already. The controller that came with the bundle already has a drift. My aim in a game will drift when I am not even pushing. I've barely used the controller. There's no reason that it should drift already. I'd like to
    replace this controller under warranty.

    3)Missed Sale. I understand this one is less of an issue but I'd still like to complain. I think that it's in poor taste to release the BFV/Xbox One X bundle for October 16th, 2018 for $500....only to delay it to November 9th, 2018 when
    that same bundle will be discounted for $70! It's currently $429.99. Now I understand that if I had received it in October that over a month had passed and a sale would make sense but to get
    the bundle on 11/9 for $500 and now it's $429 on 11/21 is sort of a slap in the face.

    The combination of these three issues is really turning me off from Microsoft and I hope to be persuaded otherwise.

    Where do I send my complaint?

    Question 1 - Sign onto the
    Microsoft account
    website and choose Rewards. In the top menu, to the right, you should see "points breakdown". Click that, and a new pop-up will appear showing you points you've earned. One of the options there is "shop and earn". That will show you points
    earned for purchases.

    Question 2 - Go to
    https://devicesupport.microsoft.com
    and select your console, then follow the directions there to start a repair request for the controller.

    Question 3 - Unfortunately Microsoft doesn't do price-matching. That is the nature of the beast of buying things right before the busiest shopping period of the year. That would go for all sorts of devices that you might buy today that may be on steep discount
    24-36 hours from now (Eastern Standard Time).

    Rewards Support Team
    since they have the best tools to assist in this matter.

    2nd) The stick drift could be coming from a bad controller update, make sure the controller is up to date by following our Controller Update page on our website! If that doesn't do the trick, we suggest to

    Request a Callback
    from one of our Xbox Support Specialists to possibly set up a repair\exchange on the controller.

    3rd) We do have all our promotions available to the public on our Xbox Sales & Specials page on our website, we suggest checking that out frequently to
    stay up to date with future promotions!

    1)This was very simple. I'm not sure why I had a difficult time with support but this is the info that I needed.

    1)Again, exactly what I was looking for.

    3)Thanks anyway. I understand it's silly for me to purchase something to soon before black friday but then again Microsoft themselves are the ones that released the bundle for $500 for 10/16 and then delayed that bundle until 11/9 when the bundle drops to
    $429 on 11/23. Again, if there had been no delay on the bundle I'd be a lot less frustrated.

  7. Your suggestion for your Xbox Sales & Specials page is not helpful. That's the same page that would have advertised the $500 Battlefield V Xbox One X bundle that was supposed to be released on 10/16 which got delayed to 11/9...and then was discounted
    to $429 on 11/23
    .

    Visiting that page could not have saved me the money I feel that I'm somewhat gyped. Thank you anyway.
