    I'm using my 90 day warranty for my controller but the email Microsoft sent me is quiete confusing where do I send the damn controller? And am I paying to send it???

    If you've already contacted them, they should be sending you a label on where to send it.

    Did they not explain that?

    Not true. I've shipped in my elite controller last time and got a pre paid shipping label from MS.

    They should send you a prepaid label and you would just drop it off at UPS or wherever the label is for.

    Actually the only thing that gets prepaid labels are the console if you are sending in a controller under the warranty the cost of shipping it to MS is on you.

    You should receive an email with instructions from the service center on how to pack it up and where to send it to.

    If it is not in your in box you may want to check your spam folder.
