where do i report a cheater?

Yes yes i know! you can file a complaint in the menu but problem is ive done this about 50 times already in the past 2 weeks and the cheater is still playing the game online with the rest of us who are playing in the tournament!!!

The game i'm refering to is spartacus legends and right now as stated before theres a tournament going on and for the past 2 weeks this lvl 50 noob has been dashing boarding everytime he faces a lvl 50...

His matches played is something like 1600 and his wins is 1300 which means this lvl 50 noob is only playing lvl way lower than him which explains why in the past 2 weeks EVERYTIME im matched up with him he quits casue he doesnt want to ruin his ratio! but
the point is theres a tournament going on and im getting *** off becasue he is basically cheating and ive reported him and nothing is getting done about it!!!

Support is wrong when it comes to reporting other people. The only way to report anyone is by filing a complaint via the console. The enforcement team investigates every complaint, but they do receive thousands of complaints every day so it can take time
for them to take action.

Becoming a member of the enforcement team is like applying for any other job.

where do i report problem gamers

so i am in the ambassadors program and i have seen alot of bad activity on xbox live. people are modding games, hacking accounts, and booting people offline. i have talked to xbox on the phone and they say to report these people on the forums but i cant
seem to find the right thread for this. i am also wondering if there is a way to become a member of the enforcement team. when i have asked other ambassadors i get rude responces. we pay good money for xbox services and do not need people like this ruining
our gaming experience. please help direct me to the right places i know of a few people that do not care about the code of conduct and violate them daily. i have reported many people through the xbox console but this doesnt seem to work

To report a gamertag you would go to their bio and select File Complaint then follow the instructions provided. This is your only avenue for reporting players. Also, it is against the ToU of the forums to name and shame other gamertags here.

Remember that only one report is needed to be filed. All reports are handled by the PET. They will investigate the claim and then take the necessary actions. These actions are not always immediate as they do get thousands of reports a day that they must
sift through.

Every time you submit a report on the same player it gets dropped to the bottom of the list so please be patient.

ok ill be patient and ill stop hitting that file complaint button cause i must admit i file one everyday against him ,thinking that the more i file it the more it will be noticed but oh well ill just have to play with the little *** until he taken care of...if
that ever happens....

would be good if they updated this complaint system like you get a ticket and you can see when your complaint is going to be looked at!

i know i know but you'd have hundreds of little kiddies putting in tickets and falsely accusing people left right and centre...

How about that you only get to use 5 complaints a month or something like that that way it couldn't be abused and you would only use them if you were 100% sure

If you still have them in your "Recent Players" list, just use the xbox guide tools on the dashboard to report them. "File Complaint" and I believe there is an option for "Using an in-game exploit."

It depends what game you play on which console.

Since the Xbox 360 has been cracked to run unsigned code, you can find quite a lot of popular games (especially Call of Duty and GTA V Online) with cheaters on them.

On the Xbox One however, actual cheats like Aimbots or wallhacks and the likes are not possible (yet).

However, if you have a Play Anywhere game where you are matched with PC players, chances are again, that you can meet cheaters. For example in Sea of Thieves, where cheaters can reload cannons and their handguns more quickly.

If you meet a cheater online, make sure to use the console's reporting feature to report these cheaters.

Only if cheaters are reported, the Enforcement Team can act against these cheaters.

So it's not that the cheaters are "still allowed". They never were. It's just that they haven't been caught/reported yet.

It's like drivers speeding on the road. Unless the police has a radar trap in place to actually prove they were speeding, some people do drive faster than allowed illegally. That doesn't mean they are "allowed" to speed. They ARE breaking the law, as the
cheaters are breaking the Code of Conduct.

It's just that there aren't good citizens around that report these people, so the police/enforcement team can act on them.
