    Can you please give more information? What kind code are you referring to? If you are trying to redeem a code for a game/subscription/addon, you can redeem it online or on your Xbox.

    To redeem online, please go here: https://redeem.microsoft.com/

    To redeem it on your console:

    >Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select Store.

    >Press the View button view button icon to open the side menu, and then select Redeem.

    >Enter the 25-character code, select Next, and then follow the prompts.

    Hi there,

    some more information is likely needed.
    For example what kind of code is it?
    Is it Xbox/Microsoft related or did you get it from a different place/promotion?

    For example if it is Xbox (or Microsoft) specific code for a gift card, subscription or game then you should be able to enter it here:

    https://www.xbox.com/redeem


    Keep in mind to be logged in with the correct account, since anything that will be redeemed will be connected to that account.

    If it's a code for something else (different company or specific promotion) then you may need to redeem it somewhere else
