Where do I go for forum feedback/support?

I have the issue that the gamerpic in the top right of the forum, next to my gamertag, remains as a 2D rendered hedgehog.

Now no matter what I have on the console, the pic on the forum remains the same hedgehog. I've cleared my browser cache but the little devil remains the same.

The feedback section of the forum is locked. There is no section in either the 360 or One area of the Support section to ask such a question. The feedback.xbox.com site is obviously not the place for this question.

So where is it meant to go? Even this section, where I've decided to plant the question, doesn't seem the right choice.

2012 beta general question

Got the beta update on the console today. How will I know or where do I go when I have access to the forums to leave feedback?

I was accepted as a tester but never got a link to the private forums where do I need to go to get access to the forums so that I can give my feedback?

Also the reason I asked here is that there is no 'closest' place in the support section, as I mentioned, neither in the 360 or the One that fits the question.

If there is a forum help section on the forum, it is beyond my ability to find.

 

Oh sorry, I misunderstood your issues, I thought you meant your picture was stuck on the console, which is why I directed you to the Xbox One support section.

So you're changing the pictures on the Xbox One? The picture in the right hand corner will always relate to the Xbox One where as the picture to the left when you post is to the 360.

Edit: Actually when I click on the piucture on the top right it changes tgo my 360 picture! I have no idea how it works then, though now you have me curious.

 

Sorry to double post, but I got my picture to change at the top right hand corner on the website by changing it on the Xbox One console, signing out of all devices that your account might be log-in to and then when I logged back into the website it was the
new picture. Have you done this?

When I changed the picture and didn't log out of everything, it was still stuck on the old picture.
