    You could try lodging a complaint with your local Better Business Bureau. That's your only recourse.

    When you report someone from your console you can add your comments in the particular Code of Conduct violation as well

    Hello Conner,

    In the bundle where it states you get the game GOW4, is there anything stating to send proof of purchase and such to certain place? Usually with these types of offers you need to send the proof of purchase in and then they issue a code. Also if you can try
    going to store where you purchased to see if they know anything more about it. Also instead of driving to the Microsoft store why not give them a call. Most have a phone number listed, as they do set up appointments and such.

    We need a better system to report people. The system that is in place is not effective. We need a way to send videos or pictures as proof as to what these cheaters/hackers are doing.
