    Just got my new xbox x and skipped the initial download of the free forza 5 to load other apps and now I want to download my free copy but can't find it. Please help

    Check under either Account in Settings or in your Full Library in Games and Apps for a section labelled "Included with this console" and you would find it there.

    I redeemed two 7 day free trials with my new xbox one today from the games COD: Ghosts and Forza 5, it says that I own them, but when I go to play online it wants me to upgrade to gold. But shouldn't my free trials work, how do I get them to work. Thankyou

    I managed to swap my FIFA 14 for Forza 5 in-store at GAME but I was told that it was only for a few customers as they won't be getting that many Forza copies to give away.

    GAME also said that my free Forza 5 is a physical copy, not a code.
