    Where do I get a refund for BF4?


    I want a refund for this game since it is the most troublesome game I have ever played.

    Continuous booting and then never being able to find a game.

    Please direct me to the proper place to het my refund. I should be able to return a defective item and this game is definitely defective.

    Hmm, do i get a refund??

    I mean i tried to buy a specops ninja suit with my microsoft points and then microsoft took my points and gave me no suit.

    Hmm, do i get a refund??

    Hi, the other day i tried to buy a SpecOps Ninja suit and microsoft points and gave me no suit so i was out 240 mps and had to buy more points so i could buy the suit, don't I get a refund, because microsoft kinda Stole my money.....

    You will have to take it back to the shop you bought it from.

    if it's a downloaded copy then you would have to phone support for your region & they may give you a refund.

    there isn't a store that will give you a refund once you open it it's yours to keep, you may get another copy of the game if it's defective but that's it. and bf4 is messed up on every platform not just xbox

    The best way ive found to join a game, although its not 100% successful is to join a server using the browser on the Battlelog App.

    refunds are not available unless its for premium which ran out already sorry Where do I get a refund for BF4? :( the core game itself works

    The best way ive found to join a game, although its not 100% successful is to join a server using the browser on the Battlelog App.

    there isn't a store that will give you a refund once you open it it's yours to keep, you may get another copy of the game if it's defective but that's it. and bf4 is messed up on every platform not just xbox
