Most people assume that if you go to a place that specializes in equipment for handicapped people that they assume you have either a company / insurance or government-funded electrician on you on call that you can access.

    Well I don't.

Now how am I supposed to make these 3.5 mm TRS to Spade connector cables when the wire is too thin for me to use my wire stripper?

My cherry actuators run perfectly if you slip a spade connector in there.

You'd think that'd be a common enough part where you'd think Xbox would sell pre-made 3.5 to Spade connector connections specifically for the Xbox adaptive controller. I would like two packs of 20 myself.

I tried xbox.com, Amazon, eBay, GameStop, Best Buy, none of them have this cable. Most electricians work on house electrical wires and don't want to touch electronic wires. And most computer electrical repairman don't want to touch anything they don't understand.

So if you're unable to build these connectors then how are you supposed to use them?

    :)

Where do I get 3.5mm TRS to Quick Connect Spade cables?

I don't know if you just read the title and typed in the answer or if you half-read my full question. (Sometimes I'm guilty of that too so I understand)

But if you read the whole question you'd see that I do not have a handyman on call provided by the insurance company / government.

I can source the parts. Amazon and eBay have the parts I need. It's the labor I need help with. As a matter of fact I have a hundred Spade connectors and 30 TRS 3.5 mm female to three bear wires units. It's getting some together I have trouble with.

No I'm not saying that the labor portion is that intensive or hard, it's just that if you don't have the equipment to do it, like I a thin enough cable stripper, it's kind of hard to get it done.

I may consider buying a wire stripper for very thin wire. (My general purpose wire stripper doesn't go beyond 22, plus I find it funny that less means more on this scale, whatever 22 means.)

Let's just say in high school I was on the intellectual track not the more practical track. (I'm trying to see this in a way that's not denigrating. I'm so much of a klutz that I probably would have failed gym class if I wasn't exempted from it. Pretty much everyone excels at something and no one excels at everything.) So therefore I kind of missed out on these things in high school. Quite a few people seem to know how to do it themselves but very few people are willing to do it for other people.

None of those places but Amazon carry electronics gear for soldering. RadioShack used to be the place to go

You'll probably have to make your own

I would go somewhere like the Element 14 forums where people who live and breathe this stuff hang out.

Connect headphones to Xbox 360 Slim

You'll need an amplifier for one. I once connected regular headphones directly to the RCA cables using an RCA to 3.5mm jack adapter. The sound was really quiet. If you want to use simple headphones (as in no mic and not a headset), then a simple FiiO headphone
amplifier will work for stereo sound. You just may need an RCA to 3.5mm jack adapter. If you want simulated surround sound, then a Turtle Beach DSS is required. You will use the Digital Optical out to connect the Xbox to the digital processor (amplifier).
If you want to be able to use a mic and heaphones, then an Astro Mixamp is required. It will allow you to connect a mic TRS 3.5mm jack and heaphone TRS 3.5mm jack into a TRRS 3.5mm jack that connects into the mixamp. From there the Digital Optical from the
Xbox connects to the mixamp, and a 2.5mm cable connects between the xbox controller and mixamp. HDMI already transmits audio, connecting the digital audio out on the xbox to the TV will do nothing. Usually, on the TV that is a digital audio out anyway (so
connecting to it will do nothing). We need more information on your headphones though. How does the mic connector work? You're best bet may be to just buy the above pictured accessories and a small $15 heaphone amplifier and connect that way.

Xbox 360 HD VGA Cable. No Sound

I think I found the solution. Did the VGA cable come with a smaller cable that you connect the red and white audio cables to which also has a 3.5mm jack on it ? If so connect the red and white cables to this smaller cable and then connect the 3.5MM jack
to the 3.5mm audio in connector on your TV.

Do all xbox one headsets require the adapter

The old Xbox One controller only featured an expansion port, newer controllers including the elite controller also feature a 3.5mm input where you can connect 3.5mm cables into.

So if your headset just requires a 3.5mm input then you can connect it without the stereo adapter if you have a newer model of the Xbox One controllers
