    Where do I find my digital gift card that I purchased?! Help!


    I purchased a digital gift card so I could use it to buy games in the Xbox store. I payed $50 for it and I recieved the email confirmation for the purchase and I also checked my bank account to see if it withdrew the money from my account and it did. But
    I cannot find this digital gift card ANYWHERE so I can't get the code to redeem the gift card when I pay for a game. Can someone help me please! I'm new to the Xbox world, I used to be strictly playstation but this situation is passing me off. I've looked
    everywhere online for it.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Redeeming a code in Canada

    I have NO IDEA where to buy those damn gift cards for Canada.

    Do they even exist???

    Cause it seems the only $$$ gift card I can find are for the states and will NOT work on

    a Canadian profile. So how the hell do I buy stuff now? Not using credit cards or things like that on my xbox/xbox one.

    So where/how do I get a prepaid card?

    Accidentally picked wrong rewards

    I just traded 5,000 reward points for an XBOX digital gift card, direct deposit. I accidentally picked the direct deposit when I wanted to do a regular digital gift card so I could give it to my friend. I don't have XBOX Live so
    credit will never be used. Is there a way it can be taken out of my account and convert it into a regular digital gift card or refund the reward purchase so I can trade in the reward points for the right gift card?

    If you log into account.microsoft.com and scroll down on the left side you should see a section that says "money and gift cards" do you see the amount added there?

    In your Games and Apps on the console go to Full Library, then on the top left make sure it's set to show Ready to Install. It'll show all games tied to your account (as long as they are compatible) whether you previously downloaded them or not.

    If i live in canada and buy a digital xbox gift card can .y girlfriend use it in yhe USA?

    Gift cards will only work in the region they are created for. If you can find a way to buy a US digital gift card from where you are, then that would work for her, but Canadian cards will not.
