    Where did this feature go? or is it gone for good.


    The new update is okay, not a huge fan of it but I wasn't a big fan of the old version either. However, one feature I liked having on my main page was the last 30 days achievements. It helped me stay competitive quickly with my friends. I can't find that
    feature. The only thing I can find is my friends list and the compare tool but I like the little quick guide from before. Is this an option?

    PS - After having all my cool Avatar features I"m sad there really isn't a place to see my Avatar outside of the profile page. I wish he would chill in the bottom corner and wave me to once in awhile. Where did this feature go? or is it gone for good. :( I know he is supposed to be me! but I like to think
    of him as my little Cortona who can't speak.

    Yep - all the good people at MS left and the ones left have no understanding of how it use to be. Sadly they were hired to do other things for the business which is fair enough. MS didn't realise how important their community was in Australia and now it's

    Yeah unfortunately that feature has been removed in the new update Where did this feature go? or is it gone for good. :(

    I'd recommend creating an idea (or looking for one thats already been created) on the xbox feedback site so others can vote on it. I'd definiately vote to get it back Where did this feature go? or is it gone for good. :)

    Hi Baffled,

    Thanks for replying about the issue with the add on missing. We recommend logging on the
    account website for each profile and check the

    order history    . Then you will see which one owns it. Then on the console, go to my games and apps>highlight sim4>hit the start or menu button>go to manage game>ready to install>the add on should be there. Also keep in mind there is a service alert right
    now also. You can check the status
    here    . If still having issues you can contact support.

    When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
    • Step 3-----select show contact options

      Step 4 ----select request call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    Is it possible you downloaded it on an account that's not set as a main on that console? How many profiles do you have?

    Use the app on your smartphone, if you can, and see if it's the same, if it's the same so maybe you will have to customize your avatar again
