    Where did my Xbox live Gold go?


    Hey, I was one day into my new month of Xbox live gold and when I changed the Locale i was all of the sudden reverted back to xbox live free and I cant get gold back without paying for it.

    hallo ich habe mir xbox live code eingestelt seit 1 jahr und ich hab nicht mal 1 mal benutz und wahre auch nicht online gespielt und wolte frage wo mein xbox live gold ich hab mir für 1 jahre geholl für die xbox lg samir danke

    Payed for xbox live two times still not gold member!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I did check and i still dont have gold, and that says that i havnt bought anything. I still got two receipts through my email and one where it sais that my xbox live is silver again. I cant call support since they arnt open. THey are wasting my weekend -.-
    I even bought the live through the xbox

    It could depend on what region you migrated to. It does state before you migrate your region that if you're migrating to region where gold is not available, you will lose your subscription.

    Ohhhh wowww i am incredibly stupid i guess i really should start reading the terms before confirming. Thank you for your help bro. Damn I really hate myself for that. Another question if i rebuy ultimate will it be active for the remaining 10 months i have left or just for the one month.

    It's not refundable because prepaid codes aren't refundable

    Also as smwutches mentioned you forfeited the year by canceling the upgraded tim

    This was set out in the terms of the upgrade you aggreed to which also mentioned if you cancel you forfeit the upgraded time

    When you add Ultimate to Gold, your remaining Gold is cancelled and converted to Ultimate as well. So you would have had almost a year of Ultimate. By cancelling, you cancel everything.
