    where did my pointss go


    I have checked my account and have seen that I got 50000 points for purchasing an xbox one s. however those do not show on my account. I have been credited/refunded 32000 points for the same purchase. that does not show on my rewards acct. can you please
    advise and update on this issue

    Where did my tenure go?

    I'm holding out also. Maybe my Tenure will return It's been About 1-2 days. Anyway it is 0 yrs. now when viewed through my avatar (social tab). It's just blank next to my gamertag at the profile page (settings tab). I am just a few months from being 5
    yrs. and I'd like it back. Any help would be great.

    I'm having the same problem. I had 890 points before the update. now I don't have anything?

    EDIT: Ok, on the billing site it says I have 890 points but they don't show up on the site when I try to buy something and they don't seem to have converted over.

    From our FAQ:

    What is the monetary value of Rewards Credits?

    5,000 Rewards Credits are equal to £3.

    Therefore, that 32 pound deposit is your 50,000 Credit deposit. You can see a statement of all Credit and deposit events from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

    Hi Baffled,

    Thanks for replying about the issue with the add on missing. We recommend logging on the
    account website for each profile and check the

    order history    . Then you will see which one owns it. Then on the console, go to my games and apps>highlight sim4>hit the start or menu button>go to manage game>ready to install>the add on should be there. Also keep in mind there is a service alert right
    now also. You can check the status
    here    . If still having issues you can contact support.

    When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
    • Step 3-----select show contact options

      Step 4 ----select request call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    Is it possible you downloaded it on an account that's not set as a main on that console? How many profiles do you have?

    Use the app on your smartphone, if you can, and see if it's the same, if it's the same so maybe you will have to customize your avatar again
