    Hi,

    I have Minecraft for Windows 10 Master Collection

    After buying the masters pack it only gave me a portion of the content promised. It left out:

    (Minecraft: Skinpack1, PureBDcraft by BDcraft, Relics of Privateers by Imagiverse, Wildlife: Savanna by PixelHeads, and Adventurer´s Dream by Noxcrew) and recommends me to purchase them in the store even though my Microsoft account tells me I already own
    these products.

    Any advice appreciated. Thanks.

    This happened to me too. The following don't show up in my marketplace in Minecraft but show up as owned in the Microsoft Store. I've tried to contact support, but it's a black hole with no response.

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get the content that comes with your version of the game. I can totally understand how this could be pretty confusing for anyone to encounter. As previously posted, you might want to get
    in contact with the appropriate support. I suggest contacting
    Mojang     as they would have the best info on what's going on with your Minecraft account.

    When you get the chance, reach out there and let us know if they were able to get to the bottom of this.

    Unable to install purchase game

    Did you buy "Minecraft Master Collection" or "Minecraft for Windows 10 Master Collection"? The first is only for the console. You would need to purchase the Window 10 edition to play it on PC.

    If you purchased the wrong version, you'll want to submit a refund request and then purchase the correct version.
