    Where did my minecraft account go?


    Microsoft has messed up my account and thinks i have not purchased Minecraft when i log in and has forgotten my username and whatnot.

    I know my log in details but when i log in it wants me to repurchase.

    Please, reset the store and try installing the game again.

    To Reset the Store, Press the Windows Key + R > Type WSReset.exe and press Enter.

    Then, on the Microsoft Store, type your game name: "Minecraft".

    Load the game page and click on "Install".

    You can also log into the Minecraft website and download the launcher from there.

    Try installing the legacy launcher.

    In case none of these options work, please, look for the purchase in your Transaction History.

    Where did my account go?

    This is what I was worried about, I had already cleaned out this email to make sure I'm only receiving my schools email and scholarships as well as college offers. The only somewhat evidence I have are my Minecraft log files that has date modified. Can you let me know if I can use them as a source of evidence?

    To be honest, I don't think that logs files are going to work. Usually they ask for the transaction ID sent by them when you purchased the game
    But you can give that a shot
