    Where did my halo master chief collection go


    So when I first got my xbox one it came with master chief collection and halo 5 but its gone and it wasn't free play days because two months later I reinstalled it. then deleted it to clear out some room but I wanted to reinstall it to try it out again.
    But its gone! its no longer in my ready to install list and I'm not trying to spend money on a game I already owned. Any help would be appreciated.

    You would have either had to buy the games on your account or redeem them via a code. Consoles do not come with games preloaded. If they were already on the console then that's usually the sign that someone else had used the console and left it as their
    Home console. You would need the account that owns the games in order to redownload them.
