    Where did all the Sports Titles go?


    I am a huge fan of all the 2K sports franchises as well as EA's NCAA Football, but both that and baseball will be no more on XBOX. and I haven't read or heard of anything in the horizon. At least PS4 has MLB: The Show, among other notable exclusives that
    appeal to me as a gamer.

    I am three months away from being in the market for my next-gen console, and as much as I'd like to stay with XBOX, you guys are making me lean toward the PS4 because, so far, they seem dedicated in keeping everyone happy.

    I sure hope I start hearing XBOX satisfying the need of the sports genre vacuum that currently exists. EA Madden hasn't cut it for the past seven years.

    How can anyone defend these game publishers anymore?

    I read the first few lines and only have to say this; EA isn't making BF3, it's DICE. EA is only publishing the title, where as EA Sports makes the sports games.

    Where did all the Sports Titles go?

    Sports games are released near the beginning of their respective seasons. So in August Madden will be out and in October NBA 2K and NHL will also be out. Other than that I dont know what you are looking for.

    Gateway425, In my original post I mentioned that EA's NCAA Football and 2K's Baseball will NOT be made anymore. And Since PS4 will have Baseball and probably even NCAA Football, I was just wondering what XBOX plans to do for those of us that enjoy those
    two sports titles in particular.

    Why in the world would you think PS would have an NCAA game? Sony already is in financial trouble they aren't going to *** more money away with a potential lawsuit like the one EA faced.
