Where did all my completed puzzles go to?

I have been playing Microsoft Jigsaw on my PC (Win 10) for almost a year and all of a sudden it's treating me like a new player. All the categories say 'NEW' even though I have completed most of them. I was in the middle of a completing puzzles in a few
categories but those too have dissapeared.

Why is this happening? Were there any new upgrades that could have changed this ?

Statistics update weird or don't update at all

My Microsoft Jigsaw "Statistics", where the number of classic games and daily challenges I've done is listed, is not showing correct numbers. Before I performed the steps listed in the FAQ about uninstalling/syncing/reinstalling, my numbers were reading
something like Easy Classic played=4 completed=5, Medium Classic played=5 completed=4, Hard played=4 completed=3, Expert played=5, completed=1. All of those should have read that I played 5 and completed 5, because I have played and finished the same five
puzzles on all difficulties. After my uninstall/sync/reinstall, the "completed" puzzles is no longer larger than the "played" puzzles, but my completed puzzles still aren't right. I went back to make sure that I still had stars on all of the puzzles I did,
and I do have four stars on all five puzzles, so how do I fix my stats? Also I have only played 21 daily challenges but my stat there says I've played 23.

most of my downloaded puzzles have disappeared

I had downloaded a large number of puzzles from points; some packages were completed, some I was working on and the others I was looking forward to doing. Where did they all go & can I get them back??
