    Where can i switch my payment option?


    Im trying to buy Skate 3 but it keeps telling me "Your account is unable to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com. Please complete this transaction from your Xbox." I bought a game earlier and tried to buy skate with the same card but I didn't have enough
    so I got an xbox card with 15 dollars so I could combine the two cards but my balance was only 15 so I decided that I would remove both of the cards but since the xbox card seems to be stuck to my Microsoft account I couldn't remove it, so I got a third card
    with more money and proceeded to add that, but still I didn't receive the money, I thought that there was a way to switch from using my Microsoft account money to my credit card account money but I cant figure where I should go to do so. Can someone send me
    a link to it?

    Where is the money from the currency switch?

    I was wondering where my money in my account was after the currency switch. I never used my credit card to buy points from Xbox live so do I need to add a credit card to the payment options before they'll show up or what?

    Yes you login with the new email if you had changed your old one whatever you changed your new email to you sign in with that email

    on the website it will ask you for an payment option and it is the only option

    however on the console you can click switch to ms account

    and the rest taken from the payment method (that will be a question when pressing x) after switching to ms account

    I don't think you can anymore. You used to have an option at the payment screen to switch.

    You can also view and validate your payment options from your Microsoft Account page, where if you click "Payments & billing" > Payment Options, you can verify that your payment options are valid and not expired.

    I was getting the same error then I switched my payment option from a credit card to points and it downloaded fine from there
