    Where can I register my Elite Controller to buy replacement parts?


    Hello,

    I just lost one of my Elite Controller's thumbsticks. I read on another forum that when you register your controller you can buy replacement parts. Now I don't know where I can register my controller. Can anyone help me?

    order new elite controller sticks

    where can i order new elite controller thumbsticks ?

    my dog ate one of my sticks and i am not able to register my elite controller seperatly, so i cannot order replacement parts for it...

    they seem pretty hard to find in europe and i really prefer original parts.

    ( the elite controller was not a bundle controller, so i cannot select console warranty )

    Elite Controller - paddle not working, MS support unable to replace

    In order to find the removable parts to buy for an Elite controller you have to register your Xbox One and then register your Elite Controller under the accessories tab for your Xbox One.

    I have yet to call about getting replacement paddles, but I will REFUSE to buy replacement paddles for something that I received defective. Microsoft needs to suck it up and supply replacements especially since demand is high for the controller and they
    are hard to find in stock anywhere.

    You can order replacement parts for the Elite controller through the Microsoft Device Repair page. Be sure to register the controller's serial number to your Microsoft account.

    The cost of parts may vary depending on your warranty status. The default warranty time of the Elite controller is 90 days from purchase.

    Xbox/Microsoft does not have any user replaceable parts for the controller that you can buy for the bumpers.

    There's no repair option for any of the accessories like the controller only replacement.

    The only items that they'd sell would be the for the elite controller thumbsticks/dpad/paddles

    You can contact Xbox Support and confirm that information at 800-469-9269 and ask if they might be able to do an exchange for you on the controller, where you might be able to send it into them.
