    Where can i get a new xbox one power supply?


    I need a new one and microsoft wants me to send mine in so they can replace it because i have a warranty but I dont have the power supply at all so i cant send it in. Is there somewhere I can buy a new power supply besides ebay or amazon i want the official

    If you contact support and ask them for a new power supply, they will have you send in your old one for a new one if your console is still under warranty, I did this and they sent me a brand new one free of charge.

    If it's under 12 months old I would go back to the shop you got your xb1 from, if not like others have said it has to be Microsoft, ebay not worth the risk as it might be fake, that goes for private sellers on amazon as well, to be safe buy only from amazon
    themselves....

    If it's under 12 months old I would go back to the shop you got your xb1 from, if not like others have said it has to be Microsoft, ebay not worth the risk as it might be fake, that goes for private sellers on amazon as well, to be safe buy only from amazon
