Green Screen of Death...?

^That is what I tried to do, but when I click on that link, all I get is the self-help portion of this website. The same problem occurs on my brother's laptop and my family's home desktop computer. By this point I'm four hours in ON CHRISTMAS trying to fix
this problem. I generally try to avoid sounding entitled, I understand product launches can be difficult, even weeks afterwards, but the damn region phone numbers weren't even printed on any of the manuals that came with the product. Probably so that when
*** hit the fan, people wouldn't get even more frustrated trying to talk to someone. By this point I'd gladly spend two hours on hold if I can talk to a qualified human being about the problem.

Okay i did the phone call and I also did the online support. I recommend the online chat support. The phone call got me no where after 130 mins. The chat I was helped and went through all the steps everyone is dealing with. (Green Screen/Black screen) and
they chat REP had me unplug and do a bunch of test's and it was determined by there IT Specialist and Manger they would have to send me a new Xbox. They put a Hold on my CC and are sending me a new xbox 2 business days. Since its almost Saturday it will ship
out Tuesday. Once I get my new xbox I have to re-send the old one in there packaging and printed label within 14 days or I'll get recharged for the xbox. Hope this helps. Phone number is (800) 469- 9269. Chat link (
