    Where can I find my tracking number?


    I pre-ordered a new Xbox 1 X with the NBA 2k19 bundle.

    Status says:

    Pre-ordered

    Estimated delivery September 11

    Question:

    If it is going to be here by tomorrow (the 11th), shouldn't there be a tracking number by now?

    My credit card was charged 3 days ago on the 7th

    EDIT:

    An hour after asking this question the status on my order updated...

    Sorry to hear it. If the repair center is far from you or over a border it can take longer to be returned. If you have a tracking number from the created label for return then you can contact UPS to find out where it is.

    how to track an order

    A confirmation and tracking number are 2 different things. The confirmation number is just to confirm your purchase. Depending on where you purchased the game from, a tracking number should be issued on the day it's mailed out. Once you have the tracking
    number you can then track it through the shippers site. USPS Fed Ex etc... GOOD LUCK!! and HAVE FUN!!

    What has happended to my repair? What did they repair ?

    I only have the tracking number of my label which was used to send the console to the service centre. The support portal doesnt give me any informaiton or a tracking number. only saying that is it has been sen.............ARHHHH I see... there is a tracking
    number!.. underneath "your device has been sent" See screen dump if anyone needs to see where it is. THANK YOU.

    OK... so the next question...Now, any idea how to find out what they actually did and why the warranty has been set to expire earlier than it was when I sent it etc?
