Where can I find games included in Xbox Package?

I just bought an Xbox X with Forza Horizon 4 and Forza Motorsports 7 as a package. No install discs were Included so I assume there would be a digital key of sorts. I could not find any key to download the games, however by searching for Forza Horizon
4 it was listed as Owned and I could install it, however for Forza Motorsports 7 I only have the option to buy. Just in case someone is wondering I am looking at the standard version, which should be included in my purchase. How can I get Forza Motorsports
7 to register as purchased (since it was part of the xbox x package)?

Make sure you don't mention anything about the beta unless you're in the private beta forums. If you've entered your product key that you should get from the Microsoft Connect site, you need to wait one to two working days before the update will become available
on your Xbox. It'll prompt you to download an update, like normal. Once finished, you'll have the beta dashboard.

 

Where Can I Find?

I've bought straw at both the general store in Riverwood and in Whiterun.

 

There would be a card in the box the console came in with the codes. Usually there's a sleeve right on top with the codes for free gold and game pass that would also include the game codes. It not, make sure you check under every flap in the box.

If the codes are still not there, you would need to contact the retailer to set up an exchange.

Normally when a console bundle is purchased it will come with its included digital content codes on inserts within the box. It seems like you may have redeemed a code for Xbox GamePass is that correct? I ask because Forza Horizon 4 would not come already
owned to the console it would have to be redeemed using a prepaid code onto an active Microsoft account. Forza Horizon 4 is part of the GamePass library so it would allow you to install it. That being said I recommend you return to the retailer and try to
exchange the console for another one due to the missing digital download codes.

Hello games that you get by buying a bundle pack with an Xbox console, you'll find them in the form of codes on the printed cards that are in the box.
