Where can i buy European PSU for xbox one ?

I bought Xbox one console for US but when i arrive to Kuwait (my country) i was surprised because it didn't work ! after this i searched for answer and some people told me that i need to get a transformer in order for my xbox one to work in Kuwait but what
i hate about transfer its too bulky and huge! so I tried to contact MS through the chat and the phone and they give a phone number in UAE because its the closest one to Kuwait so i tried to call them but it was out order ! any way I searched for another number
and found it i called them again and they told to go to xbox.support.com !! no one could answer my sample question ! I'm now tiered of Xbox if no one could help I will sell my device and go to PS4

Power supply USA to Europe

So to make sure, I should buy a new power supply unit for the Xbox that was made for European outlets ? And plugging one of those European psu won't damage my console either ?

 

Will my xbox 360 psu work with an Xbox one s?

I'm buying an Xbox One S from America but the PSU will be different to the one in Ireland. Will the PSU in my Xbox 360 work or where can I buy a new PSU for the Xbox one s?

 

Why do people always threaten to go PS4 if they can't get help? As if saying your going ps4 is going to get your question prioritized in some way. It baffles me.

Anyway to answer your simple question before you jump ship. Microsoft do not sell Xbox One power supply units separately, at least not yet. So if your PSU is not faulty then you'll not get any luck going to Microsoft and asking for a new one. You will need
to buy a PSU from elsewhere. Have you tried Amazon?, Ebay?

Also, step down/step up transformers aren't really that big. Some are the size of a plug nowadays. But it's your choice, if you don't want one I'm not going to try talk you into it.

If I can add to this .. I have a US XBOX now back in AUS ´i have ordered a AUS power supply from the XBOX Website. (also my power brick from the US is blown.. as i had shipped my box early .. eager flatmates plugged in the Power Brick .. without the XBOX
thank god..) so will the new AUS Brick work now with the US Console or do i need to oder a US Brick and then still buy the Transformer

 

1. Microsoft is providing exchange PSUs via the (phone) support whether as spare part or as replacement when moving to another country with a different power voltage. It is strongly recommended to NOT use third party spare parts. Although it's possible to
use power converters without problems usually.

2. All post bricks will work with any console add they all provide the Dame power output on their secondary circuit. They only differ on the input (primary) circuit. So you only have to be sure to order the correct PSU for the voltage used where you want
to run the Xbox.

@Nine Eight Nine : theres a lot of PSU on amazon and Ebay but they all Chinese knock offs that are very noisy but they works btw Xbox is not popular like Playstation is in Europe and Middle East and all over the world and probably will never be . Xbox one
is my first Xbox and maybe the last.
